Our neighbours have gardeners in today. I’ve been watching progress from the window. I really like the amount of destruction involved. They’re cutting down tree branches and putting them in a giant yellow shredding machine that spits out dust at the end. It looks like so much fun! So I decided to have a look around the house to see if I could find something similar to do. In the sitting room, bingo! I found dad’s shredder. And after a lot of climbing, I managed to get onto the fireplace to get a daffodil from a vase. I put in so much effort and then guess what. Mum spoiled it all. Apparently putting daffodils in a paper shredder isn’t what good children do. Meh……
