Today I went on an exploring day with my parents. The Oinkmobile is great for days out and I do like being chauffeur driven. We were looking for really old stuff. Even older than my Daddy who is close to being one of the oldest things I’ve ever seen. Mummy said the dolmen we were looking for was around 5,000 years old so I was expecting to just see a big heap of dust.
It turn out to be great fun. We got out of the car and a dog came to meet us, he kept jumping up on Mummy and trying to lick her. I didn’t tell her that the dog had really mucky feet and now Mummy has doggy foot prints all over her! Heehee! I didn’t have my wellies with me do I got carried across the mucky field to the Knockeen Dolmen. It was huge!!! Once Mummy carried me cross all the mud I hopped down and ran the last bit so that I would get there first. I claimed it with my pirate flag and renamed it the Oink Stone. There was a pretty creepy graveyard behind it that I didn’t really like so I won’t be moving in there full time.
